高校学风建设的问题分析

学风是衡量一所高校办学思想、人才培养质量和管理水平的重要标志,也是大学生思想政治教育和校园精神文明建设的重要组成部分。从一定意义上说,学风是一所大学的灵魂,是学校生存与发展的精神支柱。良好的学风对于提高教学质量、促进学生全面发展和健康成长有着重要的意义。因此,加强高校学风建设是高校和高等教育工作者重要而紧迫的任务。本文结合当前我校的实际情况,对加强高校学风建设的途径和方法进行初步探讨。

Student learning climate of a college is a significant indicator to measure its education principle,specialist cultivation quality and management capacity.It plays an indispensable part in ideological politics education and campus ethical progress.To a great extent,student learning climate is perceived as the soul of the college and the backbone of the college development.Specifically,building a favorable learning climate will help improve tertiary education,and boost a comprehensive platform along with a healthy environment for student's self-development.It is therefore imperative to pull enhancing student learning climate high on agenda of tertiary education.This paper correspondingly investigates how to promote college learning climate based on empirical case of Jinling Institute of Technology.
