强化实践教学是当前高校本科教学改革的趋势,而教育实习基地是教育实习、见习等实践教学的主阵地。教育实习基地建设,直接关系到教育实习、见习等实践教学活动的质量。本文从高校师范专业须提高对教育实习基地建设的认识、建设好教育实习基地的前提出发。提出教育实习基地建设成功的关键在于院系作用的充分发挥,教育实习基地建设成功的保证在于有强有力的建设措施,教育实习基地的生命力在于高校与基地中小学的"共赢"和"合作"。作者力求从五个方面入手,论述了如何加强教育实习基地建设的问题。
