摘要
安全管理是学校事业发展的重要组成部分,是创建和谐校园的必然要求。本文试图基于GB/T28001的基本理论,构建具有时代性、开放性、持续性的高校安全管理系统,推进高校安全管理的科学化、规范化和法制化建设,提升高校安全管理水平和服务质量,促进高校安全、稳定、和谐。
Security Management is an essential part of the development of school undertakings and also the inevitable request of creating a harmonious campus.Based on the basic theory of GB/T28001,this essay tries to establish a security management System of universities(SMSU) characterized by modernity,openness and continuity,thus to facilitate the construction of SMSU in a scientific,standardized and legal way,to improve the service level and also service quality of universities Security Management,as well as to promote the safety,stabilization and harmony of universities
