辽宁省国家级开发区土地集约利用评价与潜力分析

The Evaluation and Potential on the Land Intensive Utilization of National Developing Zones in Liaoning Province

根据开发区土地集约利用内涵和辽宁省开发区土地利用现状及特点,本文从土地利用状况、用地效益、土地管理绩效三个方面,建立了辽宁省国家级开发区土地集约利用评价指标体系,对其土地集约利用总体水平进行了评价与潜力分析,并提出了提高开发区土地集约利用水平的措施和途径。

According to the definition,status and characteristics of land intensive utilization in the developing zones in Liaoning province,this article established the evaluation index system for land intensive utilizationnation of the national developing zones.The intensive utilization included three aspects,status,efficiency and achievement of land management.This article evaluated and calculated the potentiality and general level of land intensive utilization and analyzed the results,and then gave the methods to prove the level of developing zone land intensive utilization.
