摘要
本文基于大城市周边城镇地区水污染加剧的问题,构造了适于中国大城市周边城镇地区经济社会特点的综合经济环境评价模型,并通过计算机模拟实验实现水污染物质最小化的综合评价。本文选取北京市某郊区县作为研究对象,基于该地区的生态系统和社会经济变化情况,评价现阶段在广大农村实行以湿式发酵技术处理为主的综合环境改善政策的环境改善效果。通过模拟实验结果得出,仅通过推广包括一般的湿式发酵处理技术在内的环境政策并不能解决现阶段城镇地区水污染加剧的问题,必须引入更加先进的处理技术降低水污染物质排放量才能同时实现水污染物质减量化和经济快速发展的目标。
In this study,we focused on the evaluation of water pollutant-minimization based on the ecological value of rural areas of China and considered a comprehensive environmental management policy by computer simulation that is adaptive for the specific characteristics and economy of rural suburbs of big cities in China.In order to evaluate whether the integrated policies with the adoption of wet methane fermentation technology can satisfy the simultaneous pursuit of environmental preservation and economic development,we considered both the ecological system in the objective area and the socio-economic situational changes during a specific period that have general applicability to the rural areas of China.
