Dynamic Empirical Analysis of Relative Water Resources Carrying Capacity of Hebei Province

水资源承载力的确定是经济发展决策的前提。本文采用相对水资源承载力的动态分析方法,剖析目标区域水资源短缺和超负载的现状,明确水资源承载力的变动趋势,并指出其可控性和可控因子,以期为该区域和谐发展决策提供水资源方面的支撑依据。

The determination of the bearing capacity of water resources is the prerequisite of economic development decision-making.In this paper,we use the dynamic analysis methods of the relative water resources bearing capacity to analyze the shortage of water resources in target region and ultra-load status,and to define the changeable trend of water resources carrying capacity,and to point out the controllability and controllable factor.We hope to provide the basis of water resources for the decision-making of harmonious development in the region.
