摘要
本文以可持续发展为目标,对以往森林资源价值评估方法进行了分析,指出了其在实际中的局限性。在此基础上提出根据价值补偿理论对森林资源价值进行分析,建立了新的分析模型,对于森林公园所特有的游憩价值,利用问卷调查法进行了分析,并且对新模型的适用范围加以说明,最后对新模型在实际应用中的意义进行了说明,指出保护区在进行资源开发利用时,应注重对森林生态价值和补偿价值的保护,为自然保护区的管理提供了理论基础和技术支撑。
In this paper sustainable development was used as the target.By analyzing the characteristics of traditional formula about forest value,the limitations of traditional formula in the real program have been pointed out.According to compensation value theory,a new calculating model has been established.The specific resort value of forest has been calculated by questionnaire in this paper.Moreover,the applied range and rationality of the new model have been presented.Finally the meaning of new model in application has been explained.It points out that people should pay more attention to the ecological value and compensated value of forest ecological system when carrying out activities for resource utilization in natural conservation.It provides a theoretical basis and shoring of technology for the protection of natural conservation.
