滨海新区经济发展与生态环境互动效应研究 被引量:2

摘要 天津滨海新区作为带动区域经济发展新的经济增长极,未来经济的快速增长和经济规模的日益增大,势必会给区域生态环境带来一定的压力。本文从维持生态经济大系统均衡和功能的理论视角,运用减物质化、灰色关联度分析、拉斯贝尔指数分析等方法,从污染排放、能源消耗、产业发展等方面,分析滨海新区经济发展与生态环境间的互动作用,识别经济发展的资源环境约束效应和影响因素,并为滨海新区区域可持续发展提出相关对策建议。 Tianjin Binhai New Area,China's new economic growth pole,is driving the development of regional economies.The faster its economy develops and the larger its economic scale becomes in future,the higher pressure will be inevitably exerted on regional ecological environment.From an academic perspective of maintaining the equilibrium and function of the eco-economic system,applying such methods as dematerialization,grey associated analysis and Laspeveres Index,this paper explores the interaction effect between economic growth and eco-environment of Tianjin Binhai New Area through pollution,energy consumption,industrial development,by which the limitation and influence from resources and environment to the economic development could be recognized and therefore the relevant suggestions would be put forward for the regional sustainable development in Binhai New Area.
