摘要
城市和农村的沼气发展都能发挥替代其他能源、改善环境质量、保障能源安全等多重功效。相比之下,由于农民居住分散,土地价格低等,农村沼气发展适宜采取分散模式,依赖社区网络对分散的农民进行管理,提供服务。因为城市居民居住集中,土地价格高等特点,城市沼气发展适宜采取集中模式,沼气原料收集、沼气和相关产品生产和使用、沼气生产后二次污染防治,都对设施有较强的依赖性。
The biogas in both urban and rural areas can bring the benefits of energy substitution,environment improvement and energy security enhancement.In comparison,because people live far apart from each other and land price is low in rural areas,it is appropriate to develop biogas in the decentralized mode in countryside,which depends on the community network to manage and serve the dispersedly living peasants.Correspondingly,because people live close together and land price is high in urban areas,it is proper to develop biogas in the centralized mode in cities,in which collection of raw materials,production and utilization of biogas and related products,as well as treatment of secondary pollution all depend on adequate facilities and infrastructures.
