摘要
本文以哈尔滨市市域范围土地作为研究对象,从土地利用中的投入/产出关系分析入手,结合哈尔滨市所处发展阶段及土地利用现状特点构建评价指标体系,然后采用数据包络分析法(DEA),用MATLAB软件进行计算,对哈尔滨市2006年土地利用经济效益情况进行了测度和评价,并根据评价结果提出土地利用建议。
This paper took Harbin city as the researching area.It analyzed the input-output relationship on land use,and established the index system with considering the city development.Then the data envelopment analysis was adopted to calculate in MATLAB and evaluate the economic benefit of land use in 2006 of Harbin.It put forward the land use suggestions advises for Harbin land use based on appraisal result.
