基于权的最小平方法的沈阳市土地利用现状评价

Evaluation on Actual Land Use of Shenyang Based on Weighted Lease Square Method

以沈阳市为例,应用权的最小平方法进行土地利用现状评价。根据沈阳市的特点,建立土地利用现状评价指标体系,利用权的最小平方法确定评价指标的权重。采用综合评价法从土地开发利用程度、土地集约利用程度、土地利用综合效益三方面对沈阳市的土地利用现状进行评价。结果表明:沈阳市土地开发利用程度远高于全省平均水平,土地集约利用水平远高于全省平均水平,土地利用综合效益略低于全省平均水平,土地利用综合效益有待提高。

Taking the case of Shenyang,the paper evaluates land use status by weighted least square method.According to the local condition of Shenyang,the paper establishes evaluation index system of land use status,and obtains weights of evaluation index by weighted least square method.From perspectives of land development degree,land intensive use degree and comprehensive profits of land use,the paper evalutes land use in Shenyang.The results show that land development degree in Shenyang city is much higher than average level of Liaoning Province,Land intensive use degree is much higher than average level of Liaoning Province,while comprehensive profits of land use is lower than average level of Liaoning Province.
