摘要
徐州老年人口增长速度快于总人口的增长速度。老龄化对我市社会经济发展有一定的影响。在调查研究中发现:低生育率、医疗卫生和经济因素与徐州老龄化的关系密切。建议进一步完善社会养老保障体制,提高市区老年人口社保参保率,完善社会保障体系的资金保障机制,用足现行生育政策。
The elderly population growth is faster than general population growth in Xuzhou.The aging population affects social and economic development.The stud shows that low fertility level,medical and economic factors have a close relationship to the population aging of Xuzhou.The authors propose Suggestions:perfect the social aging security system,improve the social insurance rate,perfect the funds mechanism of social security system,and complete birth the policy.
