Two Forms of Social Solidarity Under the Legal Effect

涂尔干的《社会分工论》重点讨论了社会团结的两种形式以及它们的相互作用关系。这两种形式与法律制度存在着直接的联系,同时对当前构建和谐社会具有重要的借鉴意义,因而有必要认真梳理二者的关系,分清机械团结和有机团结的界限,以便更好地促进社会整合与和谐发展。

Durkheim's social division of labor theory focused on the two forms of social solidarity as well as the interaction between them.There is a direct relation between the legal system and the two forms,which have an important reference for meaning of currently building a harmonious society.Hence we need to seriously sort out the relationship,to distinguish between mechanical solidarity and organic solidarity boundaries in order to better promote social integration and harmonious development.
