Thoughts about Socialization Education of College Students

高等学校是为国家培养高素质人才的基地。高校能否培养出社会需要并愿意接纳的合格人才就成了关键。因此,如何使高等教育与社会需求相适应,缩短人才的社会适应期,就显得十分重要。加强大学生社会化教育在于使大学生尽快融入社会,使之成为社会所期待的现代化人才。

Institutions of higher education are bases which cultivate high-qulity personnel for the country.Whether a graduate can meet the need of the society or be received by the society is very important.It is the institutions' responsibility to match the edueation with social requirement and shorten students' trainning period. The purpose of strengthening college students' socialization education is making students become reconciled with the society,and becoming expected modern personnel.
