摘要
本文针对数字农业科研图书馆读者服务工作开展研究,阐述了读者服务工作的意义和基本内容,分析了读者服务工作的基本职能的可持续发展和多方提升特殊读者服务工作质量,利用绩效评估促进数字农业科研图书馆可持续发展,最后提出了做好读者服务工作的对策措施。
The readers' services strategies of digital agricultural library are studied.On the basis of discussing the meaning and scope of readers' services,the basic functions and methods for the improvement of library services is analyzed.It is suggusted that the evaluation of service performance of the digital library be utilized to promote the sustainable development of digital library and some countermeasures and strategies are pointed out in order to serve the readers better.
