Building the work style of tertiary institution administrators in the new period

切实加强干部队伍作风建设,使广大干部始终保持振奋的精神和良好的作风,是全面贯彻落实科学发展观、促进高校事业又好又快发展的必然要求。本文结合胡锦涛总书记在党的十七大上报告、在第十六届中纪委七次全会和第十七届中纪委第三次全会上的重要讲话精神,简要论述了新时期高校干部队伍作风建设的意义、途径和方法。

To fully observe the Scientific Outlook on Development and for the higher education to develop better and faster,it is necessary to strength the building of tertiary institution administrators' work style. By reflecting the essence of President Hu Jintao's addresses at the 17th Party Congress,the 7th Plenary Session of 16th CDICC and the 3rd Plenary Sesscion of 17th CDICC,This article elaborates on the significance of,the route and approaches to the building of higher institution administrators in the new period.
