高校校园心理环境的育人功能

Research on the Psychological Environment in Campus

分析了校园心理环境的潜隐性、弥散性和能动性等基本特征以及心理环境育人的动力功能、感染功能和制约功能,提出了构建校园优良心理环境的主要措施:一要发挥领导心理辐射力;二要美化校园物质环境;三要创建良好文化环境;四要优化院校管理模式。

This paper has analyzed the basic characteristics of campus psychological environment,namely being occult,dispersive and dynamic,and the dynamic,influential and restrict functions of psychological environment in students cultivation. This paper also has put forward major measures taken to construct perfect campus psychological environment:1. to make full use of psychological influence of leaders; 2. to better the physical environment of the campus;3. to build up excellent cultural environment; 4. to optimize the management mode in military academy.
