摘要 香港属粤语地区,一直以来,香港的普通话教学研究倾向中小学课堂教学问题的解决,甚少提及职业普通话培训的问题。本文主要探讨角色扮演对提高职业普通话教学成效的问题,并以餐饮服务业为例。
