摘要
通过对内蒙古黄河铬盐股份公司员工实行净收入分成制实证分析,发现在初次分配中一次性解决了公平与效率相统一的问题。这一体制属于所有权、经营权分享型的员工股份制与属于收入分享型的净收入分成制相结合的中国特色分享经济实践的典型。
From an empirical analysis of net-income sharing system implemented by Yellow River Chromium Salt Co.Ltd in Inner Mongolia,this paper finds that net-income sharing system can realize the unification of equity and efficiency.The economic form that combines employee stock ownership(which belonging to the form of ownership and management sharing) and net-income sharing system(which belonging to the form of income sharing),is a typical form of sharing economy with Chinese characteristics.
