摘要通过对我国生产安全现状的考察和生产安全规制的理论基础分析,指出我国生产安全规制问题研究的紧迫性、必要性。并在此基础上分析了发达国家提高生产安全规制水平的经验,指出我们应在借鉴这些经验的基础上结合我国的生产安全现状,找到适合我国国情的提高我国生产安全规制水平的最佳路径。 This thesis emphasizes the necessity and urgency of the safety production regulation in China based on assessing our safety production situation and analysing the safety production regulation theory.And also this thesis analyses the safety production regulation experiences of developed country.We should sum up these advanced experiences and find a best way to improve our safety production regulation level.
