With the rapid development of real estate industry in China,some problems have arisen at different levels in the industry and the market.Against the background of trade macro regulation and control,this paper,based on the characteristics and current situation of real estate,analyzes the structural problems in the process of its development,and discusses how to guide,regulate and control the development of real estate and the building of dwelling houses with administrative and technological methods of urban planning,aiming at promoting the steady and healthy development of the industry.
