新课改下高校健身街舞选项课教学多元化与能力培养的研究

摘要 针对街舞课的特点,在查阅了有关街舞、健美操教学文献资料的基础上,采用调查研究、教学实验等方法,在师范大学公共体育五年的街舞教学实践当中解决了如何能够在有限的36学时中,既高质量地完成较多的传授知识技能的任务,又培养了学生的快速学习模仿能力、审美能力、创编训练、勇于展现自我等多方面能力的难题。该研究为高校公共体育新课改,选项课的开设提供了很好的尝试。 In allusion to the characteristic of the course of Street Dance,on the basis of consulting a large number of literature materials,by the access of the approaches like investigation and study;teaching experiments,etc.,and even with the 5-year-College-PE-teaching-practice in Normal University,the writer works out a solution on how to pass on knowledge and skills high-qualitatively;how to cultivate the students’faster learning and imitative ability,aesthetic judgment as well as the ability to formulate Street Dance exercise and self-performing skills in the limited 36 periods.The research devotes a lot to the newly developed curriculum reform of College PE,to a perfect start for the elective course offering in colleges and universities.
