针对中等职业学校教学现状的分析,提出体育教学应从解放思想,更新观念,充实教学内容,改进教学方法,完善成绩评价体系与加强课外体育活动管理等环节,对体育教学实施全方位的改革,以利于提高学生的综合素质和能力,促进学生终身体育意识的形成。

This article in view of the secondary vocational school teaching present situation analysis,proposed the sports teaching should from emancipate the mind,the renewal idea,the substantial course content,the improvement teaching method,the perfect performance appraisal system with strengthens link and so on extracurricular sports management,implements the omni-directional reform to the sports teaching,favor improves student's comprehensive quality and the ability,promotes the student lifelong physical culture consciousness formation.
