制度是在人类行为互动之中形成的,它为我们行为的规范性、稳定性、动态性自发构建了一种扩展的合作秩序。随着人类社会的产生,就需要不同的制度来保障社会稳定,促进社会的发展。社会主义和谐社会是一个系统各要素协调运作的社会,必须有合理的收入分配制度、健全的社会保障制度、完善的协调发展制度、坚实的反腐制度、健全的法律制度以及完善的利益表达机制等构成的制度体系来支撑。

System,which has come into being through the interactions of humanity behaviors,has spontaneously constructed an extended cooperative order of the regularity,stability and dynamics of humanity behaviors.With the appearence of human society,different systems have been in need to secure the stable social order and to promote the social progress.The Socialist Harmonious Society,of which every element is demanded to operate concertedly,must be supported by a reasonable income distribution system,a sound social security system,a perfected coordinated development system,a firm anti-corruption system,regular legal institutions,a system formed by a perfect profits-expressing mechanism,etc.
