Class Division,Class Conflict and the Citizenship Rights

论文从20世纪中期社会学理论潮流的反思入手,提出分析当今社会结构的"四个不要"法则。依据这些法则,论文检视了马歇尔所建构的公民身份理论及其存在的缺陷。然后以当今时代特征为基础,提出了公民身份分析的新取向。

This paper proposes four 'don't' doctrines in analysing con-temporary social structure by rethinking the trend of sociological theory in the mid-20th Century.Based on these doctrines,this paper examines T.H.Marshall's citizenship theory and its inherent defects,and suggests new perspectives for future studies on citizenship on the basis of the identified features of contemporary era.
