农民工的“国民待遇”问题研究

农民向非农民的转化问题是历史的必然,但在农民向农民工转化过程中,农民工没有取得应该有的社会地位和保障,所以加强农民工的“国民待遇”显得尤为重要。在加强农民工的“国民待遇”方面应着力解决户籍问题,法律、法规的完善和提高农民工法律意识等。

The transfer from peasantry to non-peasantry is inevitable,but during the transfer from peasantry to peasantry-worker,peasantry-workers can not gain their necessary social position and ensurance,so it's important to enhance the peasantry-worker's treatment.By the side of enhancing the peasantry-worker's treatment,we should solve the problem of registered permanent residence,the consummation of law and the rule of law,and improve the peasantry-worker's law consciousness,and so on.
