水产品价格竞争的现状与思考

摘要 20世纪90年代以来,我国水产业得到了长足发展,水产品中总产量从1990年开始列世界第一位以来,已经连续13年稳居世界之首。我国水产品市场是一个有巨大发展潜力的市场,研究水产品从价格竞争到质量竞争的递进,具有十分重要的现实意义。价格竞争,给水产品市场带来了生机和活力。价格竞争发展到一定程度,必须过渡到质量竞争,这是市场竞争深化的体现。进行质量竞争必须强化质量意识、搞好质量监督、规范市场、实施品牌策略、开发新品种及加强市场开发等。 Since the 1990s,domestic fishery has made a great progress.The total amount of aquatic product has been located in the first position of the world since 1990,which had been the top of the world in constant 13 years. There is a huge potential of development in our fishery market.It is more important in actual meaning to study sea food from price competition to quality competition forward.It is price competition that brings life and vitality on fish- ery market.It must experience a period of transition from price competion to quality competition when price competi- titon developed to a certain extent.Quality competition incarnates thoroughness of market competition.To proceed quality competition must strengthen quality consciousness,fulfill quality supervision,standardize market,carry out fa- mous-brand tactic,develop new types and enhance market development,etc.
