语用在翻译政论篇章时常呈现口语词汇、成语、省略句、无连接词以及一些辅助语言等特征,并且具有使篇章呈现整体性的功能。译者在利用语言资源和运用语用功能时应注重读者的反映以及读者在接受篇章时的心理特征,正确处理好语用与篇章的关系,语用在翻译过程中的作用。这样,政论篇章便可在极大程度上达到缓冲和解决个人与社会之间矛盾的目的。

Pragmatics always takes on the features of spoken language,idioms,elliptical sentence,and having no conjunctionsin translating political essays,and it has the function of making essays integral.The translator should stress importance on the reflection of readers and the readers'psychological features when accepting the text,when they make use of the resource of language and the pragmatic functions so that they can deal with the relationship be- tween pragmatics and text,and the function of pragmatic in the process of translating well enough.Therefore,the political essays can achieve the purpose of mitigating and solving the contradiction between individuals and society.
