The Application of the Resonating Teaching Method in the Subject of The Basis of Law

开设法律基础课旨在帮助学生掌握马克思主义法学的基本观点,增强学生法制观点和法律意识。针对课程性质和目前大学生思想现状,在教学过程中应该采用案例式教学方法,培养学生法律信仰意识,遵循以人为本原则,加强沟通交流,实现师生教学、学习、交往的共鸣,达到预期的教育目的。

In order to help students to master the basic view of Marxist laws and strengthen the law concept and consciousness of the students,we open the subject,The Basis of the Law.According to the characteristic of this subject and the recent state of students‘thoughts,we should apply the case-teaching method.It can train the stu- dents’thoughts about laws‘principles,pursue the person-based rule,promote the capacity of communication and intercourse so as to make the resonation of teaching,learning and communicating among teachers and students come true and achieve the antieipative education purpose.
