我国是一个多民族国家,民族经济的发展关系到国家富强、人民富裕。民族经济立法不但关系到民族地区的根本经济利益,更关系到社会主义市场经济条件下的法制建设。改革开放以来,虽然我国民族地区的经济发展取得了较大成绩,但与非民族地区尤其是东南沿海城市相比较,仍然有很大差距。由于民族经济的相对独立性特点,民族地区立法的民族经济利益原则具有重要地位及贯彻的必要性。

Our country is a nation with many ethnic groups,so the development of ethnic economy is important for the thriving and prosperous of people and country.The legislation of ethnic economy concerns not only the economic benefit in ethnic minority regions,but also the construction of legal system in the background of socialist marketing economy.Since the reforming and opening of China,the ethnic economy has developed a lot,but there is still a big gap compared with that of the southeast cities.The legislation of ethnic economic benefit takes an important position due to the fact that the ethnic economy is relatively independent.
