Ethnic higher education denotes the colleges and universities in ethnic minority regions.This article focuses on the origin,the development and the relationship between ethnic higher education and the social development in ethnic minority regions and the interaction between them.The aim of this article is to recognize ethnic higher education in full-scale and grasp the basic regularity and the tendency of its development.
