当前高校教学管理改革的几点思考

Some Reflections on the Reform of College Teaching Administration

随着社会主义市场经济的发展,社会对大学生的要求越来越高,改进高校教学管理是提升大学生综合素质的重要前提。该文分析了我国高校教学管理的基本现状,指出了当前高等学校教学管理工作存在的一些问题,针对这些问题,文章提出了关于教学管理改革的几条建议。只有不断地创新,提高教学管理水平,才能培养更多的合格人才。

With the development of socialist economy,social requirements for college graduates are getting stiffer,and improving college teaching administration has become an important prerequisite for promoting college students' overall quality.This paper analyses the present situation of college teaching administration of China,points out some problems found in college teaching administration,and based on these problems,puts forward some suggestions.It is believed that only by constant innovation and improvement in teaching administration can we cultivate more qualified college graduates.
