摘要
论述了高校系部教学秘书在教学管理中的角色及作用问题。同时结合自身工作经验对当前教学秘书工作中存在的一些困难与不足提出了自己的看法。
The essay deals with the role of a teaching secretary in teaching administration.And in combination of my experience,I give some opinions on the difficulty and problems in being a teaching secretary.
