摘要
本文应用公共产品理论对资源类景区产品的经济属性进行了分析。分析结论显示,资源类景区产品在我国现阶段是准公共产品,在其供给中应将提供与生产区分开来,采用政府提供、私人生产的方式进行供给。这为民营企业投资资源类景区以及资源类景区在开发中可以实行经营权与所有权分离提供了理论依据。
This paper analyzes the economic attribute of Natural and Cultural Attractions(NCA)by Public Goods theory,and points out that NCA is Quasi-public Goods at this stage in China.When supplying the goods, providing and producing goods should be separated,which means governments provide it and private en- terprises produce it.It provides a theoretical basis for private(?)terprises to invest NCA and for develo- ping attractions by separating the right of operating and ow(?)ership.
