社会转型对民族地区高校青年教师会产生一系列的影响,地区差异、年龄特点及多元价值观综合在一起,给他们带来许多困惑;学校本身在制度层面上也有一些有待改进或是不切实际的做法。针对存在的问题,有必要从青年教师的心理特点及自我发展的要求着手,在提高他们政治思想素质的同时,为他们创造一个更为广阔的发展空间。

Young teachers of higher education in ethnic minority regions could be influenced heavily by the social turning.The regional differences,the character of age and the point of value all bring them much perplexity.The administrative system of the colleges itself needs to be improved where there be impractical points.Contraposing to the issues existed,the colleges should provide them with wider space for developing while promoting their political ideological quality starting from self-developing with their psychological characters.
