陶瓷膜技术对中国被毛孢发酵液中各种物质含量的影响

Effect of Ceramic Membrane on the Contents of Main Components in the Fermentation Broth of Hirsutella Sinensis

利用陶瓷膜技术对中国被毛孢Hirsutella sinensis菌株RCEF0273发酵液进行了处理,并对未经处理的和经陶瓷膜处理的两种发酵液中的蛋白质、总糖、核苷等物质的含量进行了分析、比较.研究结果表明运用陶瓷膜技术对中国被毛孢发酵液进行处理,对发酵液中各种物质的影响较小,是一种可行的方法.

In our research,the fermentation broth of hirsutella sinensis RCEF0273 was treated with ceramic membrane,and the contents of protein,total saccharides,and nucleosides,etc.in the treated and untreated fermentation broths were analyzed and compared.The results showed that the treating of hirsutella sinensis with ceramic membrane has little effect on the contents of various matter,hence a feasible method.
