不同工艺条件对酶法提取牛蒡多糖的影响 被引量:3

The Influence of Different Technique Condition on the Extracting of Lappa Polysauharides by Double Enzymes

摘要 以牛蒡为原料,采用双酶水解法提取多糖,分别对多糖提取温度、pH、固液比、酶解时间、酶解温度、加酶量等条件及Seveage脱蛋白法进行探讨.结果表明:双酶提取多糖最佳条件为10%木瓜蛋白酶和20%植物水解蛋白酶各酶解4h,固液比1∶15,pH 8.0,温度45℃,多糖提取率为12.40%. In our research,we make an exploration of the temperature,pH,the ratio of solid to liquid,time and temperature of enzyme hydrolysis in the extraction of polysaccharide from raw Lappa by the method of double enzyme hydrolysis.The results show: that the hydrolysis time of 10% Papain and 20% plant hydrolytic proteinase is 4h respectively,that the ratio of solid/liquid is 1:15,that PH is 7,that reactive temperature is 45℃,and that the rate of polysaccharide extracted from protein is 12.40%.
