摘要
本文就高职院校教师专业化这个较前沿问题,结合高职院校教师的特定属性及其专业化现状,阐述高职院校教师专业化的必然性,提出高职院校教师专业化标准,着重探究高职院校教师专业化的实现途径。
Concerning the front issue of teacher specialization of higher vocational colleges,the specific attribute and its present situation,this article puts forward the specialization criteria,as well as elaborates the inevitability of teacher specialization,and emphatically inquires into the approach of specialization.
