摘要
PDCA模式管理是高校教学质量监控工作不断提升质量的有效途径。北京联合大学旅游学院通过应用PDCA模式,“学生评教”工作的质量逐步得到改进和提高。该案例典型地体现了PDCA模式在高校教学质量监控中四个阶段、八个步骤的应用过程。
PDCA mode is an effective way to enhance the monitoring of teaching quality.Through applying PDCA mode in Institute of Tourism,Beijing University,we have gradually improved and upgraded the quality of “students' evaluation of teaching'.This case study typically embodies the four stages and eight steps in using PDCA mode for quality monitoring.
