To implement effectively the new curricula project of Ideological and Political Theory Education,it is fundamental to summarize the experience and successful method,such as theory contacting with practice,with a view to actual effect,integrating 'two-class' and so on.For implementing the new curricula project successfully,regularly and effectively,it is important guarantee to strengthen and deepen the research on it,to study especially its functional orientation,structure and content,teaching purpose of all curricula,construction of teaching system and organization of teaching content;it is the premise to layout and survey wholly and it is critical how to advance steadily combining with the fact of college and university.
