Internet is applied at teaching and research in Universities and colleges progressively and is bring into play a more and more important role.In summary,this article indicates that,in the teaching reform process of courses of public and political theories,internet application would have significance and would have advantages for improving class teaching;and has explored some basic methods and ways to use internet conditions for enhancing actual effects on teaching courses of public and political theories,for boosting current teaching reform of course of political theories to deepen and to be perfect continuously.
