浅议我国高等教育国际化的几个基本条件

Comment on several basic conditions of internationalisation of higher education in our country

我国高等教育的发展在办学体制、办学理念、人才培养、课程设置、物质条件等方面与国际化的要求有一定差距,原因在于封闭办学与现代经济环境、书本理论知识的传授与创新人才的培养方式、僵化的课程设置与学科结构现代化的调整、物质基础条件的落后与优质人才培养目标之间存在着一定的矛盾。因此必须致力于教育结构的多样化,课程设置的综合化,树立以人为本的理念,创建一流环境,保证我国高等教育达到国际化水准。

There is a gap between the higher education in our country and the requirements of internationalisa- tion in the aspects of management system,concept of management,talent cultivation,curriculum setup and fa- cilities,etc.The reason lies in the inconsistency between them,which is reflected in different conflicts be- tween closed school management and modern economic environment,between the teaching of the theoretical knowledge in book and the cultivation of innovative talents,between the rigid course arrangement and the ad- justment of modernization of subject structure,and between the backward facilities and the objective of cultiva- ting excellent talents.Therefore in order to achieve the internationalisation of higher education in our country, we must be devoted to diversifying educational structure,integrating curriculum setup,establishing the people -oriented concept,and building up top-ranking environment.
