To develop a university TV station,it is essential to improve the contents of campus news,special news,programs of campus life and other programs.Besides,college TV stations should adhere to the aim of serving the teaching and research.Another key factor of developing university TV stations is to build a compe- tent faculty and a team of student reporters.
