现代企业采购物流存在的问题及对策

The Problems of Purchase Logistics in the Modern Corporations and the Countermeasures

物流长期被视为企业的第三大利润源泉,而采购是物流活动中重要的环节,故应该用有效的方式解决采购环节存在的问题,提高企业的效益。文章从我国目前企业采购物流存在的问题出发,提出了采取供应链的管理策略,进行协同管理;搭建合理的组织结构,设置流畅的采购流程;加强采购部门的管理,防止暗箱操作等三个方面的对策。

The market competition becomes more and more fierce.Logistics is always regarded as the third big source of profit,and purchasing is an important part in the logistics operation.So we must adopt effective measures to solve the problems in the purchasing operation.In view of the problems in the purchase operation,this paper raises feasible countermeasures in the following three aspects:taking the supply-chain management tactics to manage in coordination;founding suitable organizing system and setting up smooth purchasing process;strengthening the management of the purchasing department and preventing the unethical behavior.
