Guiding Sustainable Development in Shanxi With the Idea of Circular Eeconomy

长期以来,煤炭开发和加工转化造成的环境污染、生态破坏和资源浪费等严重问题已成为山西经济进一步发展的首要制约因素。文章提出山西要想立足资源优势,发展高效能产业,在发展经济的同时,保护地区环境和可持续发展,必须走循环经济之路。

For a long time,the environmental pollution,ecological destruction and the waste of resources caused by coal exploitation and processing have become a primary constraint to further economic development in Shanxi.The article suggests that we follow the path of circular economy so as to take advantage of the resources to develop highly efficient industry and at the same time to protect local environment and to keep sustainable development.
