摘要
成人高校档案室是各种知识信息保存、传播和交流的中心,是培养学生学会思维、选择理想的学习场所。因此,高校档案管理人员必须具备良好的职业道德素质和良好的科学文化素质,这不仅决定了档案室的业务水平和存在价值,也在造就优秀人才方面起着关键性作用。
Archive office of further educational institution is the center to keep,spread and exchange various kinds of knowledge and information,and is also an ideal place for students to learn and develop their way of thinking.Therefore,archivists should possess the good professional ethics and rich scientific and cultural knowledge,which guarantees the service quality of the office and the value of its existance.
