摘要
意念—身体运动是近年来我国健身运动的一个新兴概念,文章对其现代派的主要种类做逐一介绍及其对比,并从运动心理学角度分析其健身原理,为对其感兴趣的教练员和练习者提供一些理论上的参考。
Mind-body fitness is a new conception of the fitness field in China in recent years.The article not only introduces major kinds of modern mind-body fitness one by one,but also makes some comparisons.Finally,it analyses the axiom which made people healthy from the angle of sports psychology and I hope the article will give some advice to the trainers and trainees who are more interested in this field.
