摘要
以“配适程度”说明信息化企业建置与企业流程重组实施之间对企业信息化成效的影响,由6家成功的信息化企业建置之经验、历程及企业流程重组实施的情形发展出相关的命题,作为实施企业信息化的参考:①信息化企业建置过程中,必须同时实施企业流程重组,以达成信息化企业目标及成效。②企业信息化建置初期阶段同时执行企业流程重组,有助于未来开发应用系统的过程更顺利,也能符合预期目标及成效。③信息化企业建置与企业流程重组实施之配适程度较高,则企业信息化的成效将较高。
The field interviews of six companies in Taiwan were conducted. Through case studies on corporate constructing e-Business successfully, it was understood that how they applied Business Process Reengineering in the industry and the following points were referenced afterward: (1) In order to construct e-Business well, BPR has to be done in the planning phase. It makes the system development more smoothly; (2) Enterprises that apply BPR better during both planning and system-developing phases get greater performance after carrying out e-Business and (3) The higher is the fit between e-Business development and BPR implementation, the greater e-Business performance will be. In the constructing e-Business, it is necessary to apply Business Process Reengineering, at the same time to accomplish its target and the performance.
