摘要
分析了当前高校基建工程招投标管理的特点及存在的问题,介绍了高校基建工程招投标管理的实施,最后针对这些问题提出了相应的对策。
The current situations and problems of the bidding and tendering of capital construction projects in colleges and universities are analyzed. The implementation of the bidding and tendering is also introduced. Some proposals are also put forwards.
