摘要
探讨医疗资料仓储的建构方法,以实务应用与未来发展为首要考量。采用螺旋型生命周期开发方法,以平衡计分卡财务、顾客、内部流程及学习与成长4个构面为分析指针,规划医疗资料仓储所需的主题目标、设计实体关连表格的星状纲要(starschema);并透过萃取、转换、加载(extracttransformload,ETL)机制,定时从线上医院信息系统萃取资料,经过转换与清理等处理后,加载资料仓储。最后,利用线上分析处理工具,以多维度的方式呈现平衡计分卡的指针,并提供了图表化的接口、资料向下钻取、资料向上汇合、灯号控制等功能,藉以加强异常信息的警示,让决策者可以在第一时间掌握最新状况,做出最佳决策。
How to construct a medical data warehouse practiacally and sustainnably is researched in this paper. Four characteristics are shown in the proposed medical data warehouse. First, the construction of the medical data warehouse is inspired by the idea of the spiral life cycle. Second, the medical data warehouse follows the four dimensions suggested in the balanced score card, namely, finance, customers, internal processes, and learning and growth. The programmers further develop object-oriented relationship database to collect data to fit in the four dimensions. Third, the system adopts the extract-transform-load mechanism, which frequently retrieves data from the internal information system of the hospitals, processes and converts the data, and transfers them to the data warehouse. Finally, the online analytical tools is used to demonstrate the indicators derived from the balanced score card. More importantly, this data warehouse could provide a graphical interface to show the data retrieving and the data integration. The signal control system is also used for warning the users when the data warehouse encounters the extraordinary information.
